Peleah Company Limited is managed by a multidisciplinary team with many years of combined working experience in Power and Civil Engineering Construction Industries. The company is headed by Engr. Peter Oyelami, FNSE, a Power System Engineer with over 32 years experience having served in diverse roles in the Nigerian Power Sector. The Building & Civil Engineering section is headed by Engr. Wale Odeleye MSc Civil Engr, MNSE, R.(Eng) COREN, PMP. Who has almost 3 decades of experience in building and Civil Engineering Infrastructure, Railway, Nuclear Power Generating Plant Construction, Water Infrastructures (Sewage & Fresh Water), Residential & Commercial Buildings both in Nigeria and United Kingdom.

Engr. Peter Oyelami (FNSE, R. (Eng) COREN, MNIEE)

Engr. Oyelami is a thoroughbred professional with unmatchable hands-on experience in the Nigerian Power Industry with his career traversing across all tiers of the electricity value chain in Nigeria.

Throughout his over 32 years career, he worked across different states in several roles receiving accolades and recognitions for his incredible performance. He is known for his exceptional leadership traits and people management skills which he leverages on to deliver outstanding results time and time again. He is a go-getter, a visionary leader and an excellent manager who has an undisputed ability to utilize scarce resources to execute deliverables in a timely manner.

Engr. Oyelami served as the pioneer employee in the Procurement Department of the defunct Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), Ibadan Zone wherein he successfully oversaw the procurement processes from 2009 to 2014.

He obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Power Option) from Federal University of Technology, Akure. He has undergone several international and local trainings including the globally acclaimed ETAP 114 Workshop on Intelligent and Digitalized Power System Management Programme in the United Kingdom.

He is a COREN Registered Engineer and a distinguished Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), Member of the Nigerian Institution of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (MNIEEE) and Member Nigerian Institution of Power Engineers (MNIPE).

Engr. Adeyinka Ayileka MSc. (FNSE, R. (Eng) COREN, MNIEE)

Engr Ayileka is an exemplary leader and professional who has over 36 years active engineering experience in the Nigerian Power and Telecommunications Sectors.

His stellar career has seen him function in various leadership roles at different echelons through the years delivering on assigned performance target. His leadership of the Technical Division of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company transformed the operational activities thereby reducing many work-related accidents and improved operational efficiency.

Engr. Ade Ayileka obtained a Master’s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Varna, Bulgaria. He has undergone an array of leadership trainings locally and overseas. He is a distinguished Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, FNSE and a Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Engr. Wale Odeleye MSc Civil. (MNSE, PMP)

Wale Odeleye is a highly skilled UK trained Civil Engineer with over 29 years experience of providing excellent work standard and supervised the construction of large scale projects in Nigeria and United Kingdom. Engr. Odeleye has worked in the Niger-Delta Region as the Project Engineer during the construction of Delta State University Teaching Hospital in Oghara and Sapele Township Stadium till 2007 as an employee of Stabilini Visinoni Limited.

As a PRINCE2 Certified Project Management Professional, he is known for delivering projects on time and according to schedule without compromising quality ensuring client satisfaction time and time again.

He is a contractor of excellent repute who has led several multifunctional teams on different construction projects in commercial & residential buildings, tunnel construction, railway engineering, sewage and water infrastructure construction etc. He has IT skills which he employs for the improvement project efficiency.

Wale Odeleye has a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious University of East London UK, PRINCE2 Practitioner and Foundation Certificates from Project Management Training UK, Diploma in Site Engineering, ENKA UK, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering, Federal University of Technology and a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from The Polytechnic Ibadan. He has also undergone Health and Safety trainings from Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) UK.

Mr. Adesina Araoye (FICAN)

Mr. Araoye is an astute Accounting Professional with over 30 years experience spanning from the Automobile to Banking to Telecommunication Industries to mention a few. He has functioned in managerial positions delivering tactical solutions that fostered long-standing profitable business relationships.

He led several strategic partnerships that turned the economic tide of Odu’a Investment Company Limited, a conglomerate with hands in various business segments. He has served as an Audit and Financial Advisory Services Management Consultant to a number of enterprises where he lends his expertise to scale up the bottom line of his teeming clients. He is a detail- oriented and articulate professional with a penchant for driving the coveted change businesses require to grow.

Mr Araoye holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State as well as Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Banking from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAN) and an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School where he undertook the Completed Advanced Management Programme.

Mr David Olusegun Oluwadare

Mr David Olusegun Oluwadare is an accomplished banker and business man. Graduated in Business Studies and Master of Science in Banking and Finance from The Prestigious University of Ibadan. Had a glorious career in banking Industry spanning over two decades before venturing into private business. He has nurtured many successful enterprises both in Nigeria and abroad.

Miss. Jesulayomi Oyelami

Jesulayomi Oyelami is a Lawyer at Slingstone Law Practice where she participates in various corporate commercial transactions as well as commercial and competition Litigation practice.

She is a pathfinder who has singlehandedly and jointly spearheaded a couple of NGOs targeted at empowering the next generation of leaders in the nation. Her outreach programs have continued to experience noteworthy success and recognition.

Miss. Oyelami is a Law Graduate from Afe Babalola University (ABUAD), Ado Ekiti and the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of Nigeria Institute of Chartered Arbitrator (ACArb) and Nigerian Society of International Law.

Engr. Constance Odiase

Engr. Odiase is an exceptionally dynamic engineer with a proven track record for delivering excellently on every project. She is a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional who employs an outstanding skills-set in providing bespoke safety management solutions to businesses to improve safety performance, reduce lost work time and drives positive safety cultures while mirroring global best practices.

She is a seasoned trainer and facilitator with over 500 combined hours of varying safety trainings under her belt. She was one of the highly sought-after speakers at the inaugural Lagos Vision Zero Conference, a forum aimed at achieving zero fatalities, injuries and harm in the nation’s working economy.

Engr Odiase has a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Benin, Edo State and a Masters of Engineering Management degree in Project Management from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. She is an alumnus of the respected Association of Power Utilities in Africa (APUA) and African Network Centers for Excellence in Electricity (ANCEE) scholarship programme for high-performing utility workers in Africa. She is also an alumnus of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)Power Africa Nigeria Power Sector Program Professional Skills Development Course for Women in the Power Sector. Engr. Odiase is National Examination Board for Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) certified, an ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor, Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and member of the Nigerian Institution of Power Engineers (NIPE).

Engr J. K. A. Achife

Engr. J K A Achife has more than 36 years cognate experience in Power Distribution and Transmission industry with core competence Electricity infrastructure development, Customer Relations Management, Developing Training Products & Manuals, Regulatory Policy & Strategy, Strategic Performance Management using Balanced Score card, Engineering Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Drafting, negotiation & Managing contracts, Project Management, Analytics & Advisory, Financial & risk analysis.

Engr. Achife worked his way through to the top management in all the major power generating and distribution companies in Nigeria and has attended many international training and conferences both within and outside Nigeria.
